STUDY RESULTS: BAICAPIL™ Effectiveness on Hair Growth

Baicapil™ - A Revolutionary, Plant-based Complex

Crafted from a potent blend of Scutellaria baicalensis, soy, and wheat germ extracts, it targets the hair follicles to invigorate and protect them from senescence and oxidative stress

Proven effective through rigorous in vitro and in vivo studies, Baicapil™ offers a significant increase in hair density, accelerates the transition into the growth phase, and minimizes hair fall. Ideal for those seeking a natural solution to hair thinning, Baicapil™ promises a healthier, denser, and more vibrant hair appearance, marking a new era in hair care science.

Mechanism of Action:

  • Increases Cellular Energy: Supplies follicles with sugars to boost cellular activity.
  • Activates TERT: Essential for the activation and functioning of stem and progenitor cells, thus promoting hair growth.
  • Protects from Senescence: Limits oxidative stress and delays cellular aging.

STUDY METHOD:

Crafted from a potent blend of Scutellaria baicalensis, soy, and wheat germ extracts, it targets the hair follicles to invigorate and protect them from senescence and oxidative stress

Models:

The study was conducted on 61 volunteers aged between 18 and 60 years who have alopecia with a specific hair loss ratio (A/T<4). There were two groups: 30 volunteers used a placebo, and 31 volunteers used Baicapil™. The treatment consisted of applying the product once a day on the scalp for six months. The Baicapil™ lotion had a concentration of 3% compared to the placebo.

Parameters:

The study measured various indicators of hair health and growth, including:

  • Observation of the hair follicle
  • The number of hairs in the anagen (growth) phase
  • The number of hairs in the telogen (resting) phase
  • The A/T ratio, which is likely the anagen to telogen hair ratio, a measure of hair growth cycles
  • Hair density
  • Hair fall or hair loss
  • The overall condition of the hair
